A condo with few steps to BTS or MRT station is the dream residence for many people. The condo along the train line tends to be easier to rent out in the future when we decide to change our life plan to move to stay in a house instead. However, not all location of condo along the BTS or MRT line that is easy to rent since some locations are over supply for the rental demand. Therefore, you must consider the easy to rent location for your future rent-out plan just in case.
 
4.Check your financial status carefully
Condos along the BTS or MRT lines are considered to be in the in the price range that are much higher than other typical condominium. Therefore, it is important to get your financial ready. Even though your income is high enough to get the loan, you need to make sure that you are capable to pay for the installments without other debt in excess.
