Acute Realty attended SMART Investment & International Property Expo on 21-22 June 2008 in Hong Kong. During the fair, the customers, most of them are the investors came to visit our booth to view real estate projects in Hua Hin such as Kiri Nakra, Franjipani and Mykonos and in Bangkok such as La vie en rose place, Maison de Siam and Patumwan Oasis. As well, the sale unit in both locations was attractive for this group of customers. These investors mostly are interested in the projects with the return guaranteed. We took such projects for them. The number of visitors were expected to be around 2,500 for 2 days. Apart from sale volume that we got, Acute Realty was successfully known by customers in the international market.
