Investor can chose the room type for investment. Investor will be got 30 years lease agreement for guaranty. In the end of year 10th, investor will be got the money back 100%. Between year 1st 10th investor will be got as below:
1. Guarantee return
- Year 1-5 5% (10% - Maintenances cost 5%)
- Year 6-10 6% (10% - Maintenances cost 4%)
(The return is 10% before deduct any expenses)
2. The 30 voucher by divide in 2 periods
- High Season (Nov-Apr) 10 days (Except 15 Dec - 15 Jan)
- Low Season (May-Oct) 20 days
3. Discount 15% for all paid in resort and 5% plus for room charged (Overstay or Investor guest)
