The villa prices range between 24 and 47 million Thai Baht. All properties come fully furnished as a turn-key solution. Those owners who do not wish to exercise the lease-back option and prefer to furnish their homes individually will be offered a 2% discount on the house purchase price.

Payment Schedule

The purchase price/lease price will be made by installments.

Booking Fee of 250,000 Baht (non-refundable)

• 25% at the signing date of the sale and purchase/lease agreement
• 25% following the installation of the footings and ground floor slab
• 15% following the erection of the super-structure work and water tight roof
• 15% following the completion of the floor/wall finishing, ceiling work, doors amp; windows polished and installed, sanitary fittings, lighting and painting.
• 15% following the installation of the door and window frames and internal/external installed walls plastered/rendered
• 5% as a final payment payable one month after completion when final snagging has been carried out.
